There’s an uplifting, forward moving energy to yoga that I just love. When you combine yoga with nature’s 5 elements, we have an open landscape for living a purposeful life.

Every time you get on your mat or sit in meditation, you are getting to know yourself better. You are reconnecting with your natural rhythm and the rhythm of nature. And as you get to know yourself better, you’re able to interact with yourself and the world around from a space of authenticity and integrity. As you continue to practice yoga & immerse yourself in the elements, you evolve with them - you learn some more and you evolve some more. It’s truly invigorating and freeing to know that our capacity for expansion is limitless.

Originally from the Midwest, I am a 500 RYT yogi and have had over 750 hours of yoga instruction in meditation, breathwork, yoga, and trauma-informed yoga.  I love building community, leading teacher trainings, retreats, hosting various workshops & events around LA, and I teach public classes.

As a complex trauma survivor, I’ve experienced the magic of these practices (breathwork, meditation, yoga) first-hand in how they help me re-connect to myself while empowering me to regulate my anxiety and depression.

Because of yoga, I understand who I am and I joyfully stand in my truth. We are all on this planet for a reason and I’m here to help build a universal sense of belonging by sharing my story and inspiring others through yoga.

“I contribute to a universal sense of belonging by empowering wholeness in myself and in others.”
